• All sales are final. Cancellations and refunds are not allowed once payment has been processed.
• Since shipping costs are determined by weight, there may be some inaccuracies with the flat rate applied. In such cases, we will refund any extra fees at a later time.
• Estimated time of shipping may take up to 30-60 days after pre-orders end depending on production time.
• Please make sure to write your full address accurately to avoid delivery failures.
• Additional charges (import tax, VAT, and other customs fees) applied on your package upon arrival will be solely borne by the customer.
